Description
In this course, the student will learn about Shakespeare as a person, as a poet and as a playwright. Memorizing passages for dramatic presentations, listening to the “story” of a play and watching a production of the play lead students to summarize the 9 plays following an outline. They will learn how to identify each as comedy, history or tragedy.
